Hemp Tabouleh
Bursting with flavour using fresh herbs and veggies.
- 1 cup Parsley Fresh
- 1/2 cup Mint Fresh
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 dash Sea Salt
- 2 Roma Tomatoes Dices, or 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Hemp Hearts
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seed Oil or Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
Process the parsley, mint, garlic, and sea salt in a food processor until minced.
Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl.
Add the tomatoes, hemp seeds, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Mix well and serve.
