Hemp Tabouleh

Bursting with flavour using fresh herbs and veggies.
Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Parsley Fresh
  • 1/2 cup Mint Fresh
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 dash Sea Salt
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes Dices, or 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seed Oil or Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh

Instructions
 

  • Process the parsley, mint, garlic, and sea salt in a food processor until minced.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the tomatoes, hemp seeds, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  • Mix well and serve.
