Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) is often confused with marijuana (Cannibis Sativa) and while is it is a close cousin to the marijuana plant, it lacks the TCH (tetrahydrocannabinol) and will not get you high as it contains a THC content of 0.3% or less, compared with the marijuana plants content of 10% or more.
